Which online college would be good for bachelors in computer networking?

I need help trying to find a good online college to get my Bachelors in computer networking or computer programming and its hard to choose a college that will work with me as i have a learning disability. I was considering university of phoenix or kaplan university, but i know there are alot of online colleges and all your opinions will be accepted thank in advance

Why there are so many on-line colleges or uni’s in U.K. Try to type in the search engine for google like
“list of online colleges/universities- U.K”

A friend of mine is going to University of Phoenix for computer IT and another is going to Kaplan to become a teacher. They both seem like decent enough online school. In some ways their classes are more focused then mine and I attend a local college. I would recommend University of Phoenix. They are the largest and most well know from my understanding.
