Student Discounts
It’s my second year at sixth form college and i wanted to renew my NUS student card as it was a great help last year! However this year i decided to pay the extra pound for the card to be both NUS extra and international student identity card (ISIC) but i don’t know whether this enables me to get discount abroad or what? Does anybody know what this card can offer me when abroad???

If you go to the website then you can see what it offers you per country/city http://www.isiccard.com/discounts_worldwide.asp
In general it gives discount on (of course some not all) hotels/hostels, tourist attraction entry fees, restaurants etc. If you are going abroad to a major city e.g. Amsterdam, Paris etc, then you can certainly recoup your extra quid in savings yes.
