You should be able to find typing software for about 25 dollars (give or take). She will need to spend at least an hour a day on it, and you will see at least a 10% improvement in speed a month.

As for the resume software, Microsoft Word has some wizards you can use. Personally I don’t think they are the greatest, but they will get the job done in a proven format.
