Question by Alex F: What is/Is there an Obama plan for giving college money to people who do community service?
My friend told me there existed a plan to do something like 100 hours of community service in exchange for college funding, but after a bit of google searching I haven’t found any definitive places saying it exists or how to get it, which makes me dubious. Do you guys know?
