You know how people put those papers for colleges where you can just tear off a slip to call a tutor or advertisements for parties or events on campus? Do these posters/ ads have to be approved by someone before putting them up? I wanted to put up a couple papers to boycott something and I was wondering if I have to get them approved first (there is no vulgar language or nudity or anything like that).
p.s I go to Rutgers University New Brunswick!
