What is the best solution to finding an entry level job, after completing college, without internships?

College Jobs
I got out of college, 1 yr ago with a degree in information Systems. I am more like a business analyst to speak of my skills. However, i have never been on internship and feel that i need an entry level job, even voluntary would do, in a company that has growth opportunities and also a program to train me. Or do i have to go back to college again. I am currently working and earning good enough, however HR is not what im interested in. I want to be a business analyst, for which i have my degree but no job foundation. Can anyone help me with this. I’m struggling to get started.

try going to the college you graduated from and check out the bulletin board for internships etc. that might interest you also talk to any professors or counselors there that may be able to steer you in the right direction–also bring your resume to places that might hire you-you never know-just because they haven’t put it out there doesn’t mean they’re not thinking about it
