As a fairly lazy high school student who still managed good grades despite procrastination, a major selling point for me was that they had applications enclosed. Then when I got to the last minute to apply, I had one!
I actually chose my college after I was accepted. I barely checked into them before I applied–I just did a quick search in a reference book (the internet wasn’t big back then) and read a short blurb about them.
