SAT scores: Math: 650, Critical Reading:650, Writing:600
Activities: Tutoring disadvantaged elementary school kids, freshman mentoring (helping freshman adjust to the pressures of high school), library club, science club, mock trial
Recommendations: I have at least three teachers are willing to write excellent letters of recommendation for me. One teaches biology, one teaches english, and one teaches geometry.

You will be able to get into a lot of very good universities — though the Elite Schools are probably out of your reach.
Princeton Review has a tool where you enter information about your background & interests, and it makes suggestions.

You could look at schools like NYU, Boston University, Boston College, Hamilton, Colgate, Syracuse…you could TRY some Ivies, but they would be reaches.

Since you SATs are on the low side I would target the best schools in the nation that are SAT optional: Wake Forest, Bowdoin, Holy Cross.
