I have a community college right down the road that will charge $135 per credit, but it will take me at least 3 years to get a 2-year associates degree in electronics and I will have to take 4-5 classes at a time.
There is technical school 45 miles away that charges $415 per credit [...]

How long do you have to live in a state before you get the in-state discount, and is a student eligable even after attending the school as an out-of-state student? Is that transition possible?
