My College Pack

I am looking for a college where the town that it is in revolves around the college, meaning somewhat of a small town not too far from a major city, but that town revolves around what happens on campus and the activites that go on there..any suggestions?

How do I know if it’s a good one? Are there fraud schools out there? Any links to some good ones?
