I tried Best Buy but they don’t offer a discount.
I checked Microsoft.com and they say there’s a discount for the product.

I don’t know about getting it for a student discount but you can get Student Microsoft Office 2007 for a lot cheaper than usual at Amazon.com.

If your educational institution has a store, it might have good deal on Microsoft Office. Even if an education institution does not have its own store, you might want to run some internet searches to see if there is a system-wide store (ex: The Foundation for California Community Colleges)

Being a college student I am constantly being sent email’s into my college email about all kinds of discounts on Microsoft products. I know they offer Office 2007 for Windows to college students for $59. I was wondering if they did the same for Office 2008 for mac.

I got Windows 7 Pro for only thirty bucks through these “student” discounts they give people enrolled in universities. Now I see they’re letting Office Ultimate go for only sixty bucks, also to students.
