Im going to college next year and i cant choose a college. Its either USF or UF engineering. UF is obviously the better academic school, but will i hurt myselt if i decide to go to USF? Or is a degree a degree no matter where you go?

Do employers weigh a lot on where you went to college, say for example does someone who went to a well-renowned private school have more of an advantage than someone who went to a state school when applying for a job?

If I submit an altered grade transcript to the auto insurance company looking to get a good student dicount, do I have to worry about them calling the school to check. Is this a realistic concern. If they do, what are the real consquences?
