My College Pack

I have a job but it’s time for me to move on. I make $14.50/hr. I see jobs that pay $8-$9/hr and then jobs that require a college degree but nothing in the middle. I would even take a pay cut but $9 is a pay “rape” so….I feel stuck!

I have a college degree and was lucky enough to get a job but I have a lot of friends who also have degrees who can’t find jobs. Do college degrees still increase your chances of getting hired over somebody that doesn’t have one?

Is the market saturated, making it difficult to find a job?
Are most people who graduate with an Associates and a certification by the ASRT finding jobs right out of college?
I know there are coordinated internships through most programs, does that make it easier to market yourself and find contacts within the hospitals

I heard that only a small percentage of people actually find jobs online. Is this true? If so, what are the best avenues to travel, when looking for a job post graduation?
