How do I apply for an 18+ student discount Oyster card (2007-2008) online? The link http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tickets/oysteronline/photocards/18plusstudents/5648.aspx doesn’t work. If this is the wrong link then what is the right one?
Also what are the requirements for the digital photgraph?
