Go back to school for another degree/more training or just go work at a low-level job (e.g. – McDonald’s) for some quick cash until the job market gets better?

I think more students graduate in the spring so theres more competition but then graduating in December doesn’t seem to be the right time of the year for hiring does it? Employers thinking about holidays and stuff.

I saw all the job ads from online and newspaper, and I found that most of them (99%) require at least some experience. How do I get the job if I don’t have any experience, for example: just graduated from college.
