If I choose college first in the guard I have heard you lose your sign on bonus, is this true?

I saw all the job ads from online and newspaper, and I found that most of them (99%) require at least some experience. How do I get the job if I don’t have any experience, for example: just graduated from college.

If I go into college with an undetermined major rather than choose a major that I am simi-interested in, how will that effect my degree? Is it uncommon to not have a major the first year of college? My interests are political science, law, math, engineering and architecture.
