student discount rate/deals for a macbook at ucla?

does anyone know how much ucla students get as a discount on macbooks (and any promotions they have right now?
binks do you mean the beginning of the school year?

Usually between 50-100 bucks depending on the size (13″ v 15″). There aren’t really any good specials right now. If you can wait and watch that would be best. They have the BEST sales at the beginning of the year, this year they had 100-200 dollars off plus a free iTouch. So you really are getting like 300-400 dollars off for all you are getting… and two years ago they had 100-200 dollars off plus a iPod plus a printer (easy to see why they cut back!)
