Being a college faculty member and administrator, I have access to LOTS of college students and a lot of parents at my daughter’s grade school ask me to find someone to tutor their kids.

I probably could turn this into a real business if I put ads in the paper.

Would it be ethical for me to use students at the university I work for and take a cut of their fees to pay my expenses?

How would I ensure that these students wouldn’t just branch off on their own once they are hooked up with families and skip my commission?

I guess I could just use a different college to get my tutors if there’s a conflict of interest.
