I cannot choose between James Madison or UMass and the difference is about $5000 a year. I am leaning more towards JMU

That is like asking what the difference is between a BMW and a Saturn. They both get you where you want to go. That extra 5k is 20k in student loans that will follow you for at least 10 years upon graduation. More important is what school have the programs that suit you best.

Money is always a deciding factor.Look for interests,pro’s & con’s.What really is most important to you should be the most deciding factor.

go where you want if you have the extra money. if not then still go where you want but be sure to work it off.
