Q&A: What is the best way to raise money for college as quickly as possible?
Question by JesusSaves: What is the best way to raise money for college as quickly as possible?
A possible (not definite) school I’m planning on is ,000 a YEAR. That’s for everything. I might go to a different one, but either way, I’m planning on going to a more elite college. Those are still expensive. I’m still in high school, and I have a a few more years left.
What are you doing or what have you done to get in?
Thanks!

Apply for a crapload of scholarships! Think about, they take like 30 minutes to apply for once you’ve gotten the hang of it. Write your own letters of recommendation and have teachers and stuff edit them so it’s coming from them, not you. Think about it, if applying for and getting scholarships were a job, you’d be making like 00 an hour.

Your school guidance counselor and the public library will have some references where to apply for scholarships. Do everything you can to not get into debt. Consider a smaller school, I wish I had.
Find a job at a company that will pay for your schooling and start work for them now. You will be able to earn and save money and have the real possibility of their paying you to go school.
Earn and save money into an conservative investment account.
Once you get into college immediately apply for summer internships and work study programs.
