You should be able to find one that is good enough through your school. Otherwise, try the paper, the phone book, or place an ad.

Honestly, if you can’t earn good grades in college without hiring a tutor to break down the material, you probably shouldn’t be in college. Part of attending a university is gaining independence and finding a love for learning without someone looking over your shoulder.
