Question by cinderella: Is it hard to find job in Boston at the moment?
I need advice please. I’m looking to transfer to Boston College this year. Would it be hard to find a job in corporate (part time/ full time). also how hard is it to commute from boston to attend night class at Boston college?
I have over 7 yrs of work experience in finance (a year of working aboard), but im still working on my BA. Hoping to finish in 2 yrs. does this mean i can work at a cafe or in retails?

Im not sure about your Field particularly, but I recently had to move back to NY from Boston because of how shitty the job market is their. I know a lot of people are suffering too.

Sure it’s hard right now. But if you are ok with working in a cafe or in retail, I’ve seen plenty of jobs open for that. They just don’t pay much.
About your commute, Boston is a pretty big city and there is plenty of traffic to deal with during your typical rush hours. Once you get the hang of it you shouldn’t have a problem getting around. Try the “T”.
