If you are attending a multi-campus district college, there shouldn’t be any problem. At the college where I have worked for many years access to the tutors was on a first come first service basis. I’m not sure there was even a log in. To use computers for tutoring you have to present a student ID which could be a problem if you were enrolled at one campus but not the one where you were requesting tutoring service.
Ask the person in charge of the tutoring center at the college!

Sure, why not.l Its probably not that uncommon with people doing on-line courses.
