I am so interested by weather, and I would love to study it and deal with it everyday. Is it hard to find a job having a degree in meteorology?

First of all, you need to obtain two degrees in college, a relative science degree and a degree on meteorology. Finding a job depends on the ranking of that degree. If you get an Associate’s Degree, which you get in your first 2 years of college, good luck finding a job. If you get a Bachelor’s, happy hunting! If you get a Master’s Degree, you’ll earn at least ,000 a month. But, if you earn a Doctorate, money will com in like snow in Antarctica.

it depends on what you want to do in meteorology.
if you want to work for nws it is rather hard to find a job for most of their offices. however if you are up for relocating try the ones that most people don’t want to work at. like alaska in the winter.
other places it is easier to find a job
broadcast companies are constantly hiring but you need to get your foot in the door at a local affiliate and get some tapes before you can really get going (many colleges also have a tv studio so you can get tapes of yourself on air and send them to tv stations makes it easier)
