1. Depends on the job. Employers in the business / management / banking and academic fields will probably care about grades more than, say, employers in retail / service industries will.
2. Depends on your grades. It’s probably not a big deal whether you get B’s or B+’s when looking for your job. But if you get D’s, for example, that will matter.
3. Remember that your college grades will be important when you go to grad school, if you plan on going eventually. They are “less” important if you’re not going right after college, but they still matter when you apply to grad school, even if you’ve worked in between.
If you plan to major in Finance or Economics, don’t even think of showing your face with less than a 3.5 GPA. For everything else, 3.3 (B+) should be fine. But whatever your major is, make it your goal to bring it as close to 3.7 (A-) as possible.
Always strive to be better tomorrow than you are today.
It’s really depending on what job you are taking, some jobs may take you in as a employee or a full time person job, but i think you can find a job that pays $3.00-$4.00

Depends on the job. Major and the company are the two main determinants.
