How was it like finding an entry-level job in HR as a college senior…or finding an entry-level job in Human Resources PERIOD.
I have had 5 internships related to HR during my college career and I am ready for a full-time job in HR when I graduate in June.

You might have to take a job below your abilities to get your foot in the door. Once you have a year of experience you can start shopping around to make the next jump up.
