I took on really crappy jobs for a long time. I finally moved to another country. Even when I came home, I was “too young” to get a good job. I took a job at half the pay that I was used to.
I went into business for myself. HAHAHA on anyone that wouldn’t hire me.. I’m richer than you.

I graduated back in 1989 so it was a different time. I got a job about 2 weeks out of college.
Keep going and put your resume out on Monster.com

Well it depends on what you study while you were in school, For myself I’m studying Science/Nursing so once I get done with school i work for a hospital i pretty much will have a job line up for me. My best advice for you would be find people that studied what you studied that way they may know people, companies, etc

Well… a cruddy one? 4 months… still looking for something decent
I’m surprised about the length of time for yours. I see lots of “good” jobs for graphic artists.

I graduated from college on October 2003 but after graduation was pregnant with my daughter so I wasn’t able to get a job soon after graduation. After giving birth on May 2004, July 03, 2004 I was able to get a job related to my major(BS in Hotel and Restaurant Mgmt.)..I was able to work as a Front Office Agent in a hotel for one year and when I least expected a received a call from another company(Shipping company) to work as a Customer Service Representative and until now I am working for that shipping/courier company. So since graduation, I was able to work at 2 different jobs, one related to my major and the other was a new experience for me.
