How do you find science (bio or chem) related job when you are still in college?

I want to build up my resume by working for a biotech company or some health related clinic, but I am a 3rd year college student. What can I do and where can I find such jobs that hire college students who have not received a degree yet?
I am looking for jobs in the Silicon Valley (San Jose, Mountain View, Milpitas area are all ok)
I am just looking for summer jobs.

Find out if your school has any career fairs. My school has a career fair specifically for employers looking for interns. My school also has an engineering internship program set up with local employers. You might check your engineering department if your department doesn’t have something similar.
Spam your resume. Get on the company websites, send emails, walk in the door. You’ll get picked up eventually.
