Question by Bob: How difficult is it to find work out of college with a B.S in Telecommunications?
I would like to get into radio broadcasting. I realize I would probably have to pay my dues and produce or do something behind the scenes for a while. But how difficult is it to find entry level jobs out of college with little experience? I will be attending Ball State, they have the best T-Com facilities in my state and are supposed to be in like the top 10 nationwide so I don’t know if that would help me.

In an industry like broadcasting, networking is going to be as important as the classes you take. Make sure to join any professional/student organizations in your field that Ball State offers, and definitely try to do an internship before you graduate.
