College Selection
So it’s my junior year and the pressure for choosing a college is definitely on. So I’m wondering how you chose yours?

I narrowed my choices down to a few schools that
a) had the majors that I was interested in
b) I could afford
c) were close enough to home that I could get there in a day if necessary (that was important to me).
Then, I toured these schools and talked to professors for the majors I liked. I felt really comfortable and welcome at one of the schools when I toured, and I liked the facilities. It was pretty easy to choose after that.

There are different ways
#1 Research what schools have the best program in which you want to major in
#2 If you want to go to college out of state, choose which school you would like to go to and live. A state that you think you will love.
#3 Pick based on your favorite sports teams
#4 Which school has the hottest chicks and best parties.
#5 Which school is most affordable.
EDIT: Do a campus tour. Ask your high school councelor about them. You go on a trip and visit different Universitys. EVERY SCHOOL HAS ONE.

1) The course. Check out the module descriptions – is this really what you want to study?
2) Where is it? Is it easy to get home? What’s the surrounding area like? Night-life? Facilities for hobbies?
3) How does it feel? Visit as many places as you can. Chances are the one for you will just feel right.

I narrowed my schools to like 8 scattered across the country.
I got scholarships to all of them
I looked at which one gave me the most money and I picked that one
