When being offered a job, how do I give out a reference from an employer and college tutor?
Do I just give out personal details of the college tutor and employer or what?

Pretty much, but it depends on the job. Some ask you to list references in which case you would provide details (with their permission) and others you would get it written and signed by them.

The first thing to do is to ask the people if they will be able to be a reference for you. If they answer in the affirmative you can include their names in your resume or you can state that references are available on request and then give out the information if asked./

Usually a potential employer will contact your last employer for a reference. All you need to do is give them a name, address and telephone number for contact.

why dont you go to your college tutor or previous employer ask them to write a reference, and then include a copy of that with your cv,

list them on your c.v.. or just give them like you say,,, as long as these people are happy to give you a reference then there shouldnt be a problem
