How Can i Choose a college coarse that i won’t regret taking later?
Question by Zaikai2008: How Can i Choose a college coarse that i won’t regret taking later?
I am interested in doing a lot different things. But now that i’m finished high school, i’m still having difficulty on what i should take in college. i don’t want to waste money on a coarse that i’ll regret taking later. So my question is, if i like:
1. Writing (lyrics, poetry, stories etc.)
2.traveling
3.learning new languages
4.going on the computer (blogging, internet searching info,) working with photoshop, and making videos
5. and learning new things about different countries (like culture and people)
What specific coarses are available in college for these interests and what careers are available in each field? Lastly which is the most interesting for you? i really need help so i can narrow down my decision to apply for college and not make a mistake… thanks!

Literature, foreign language, computer classes, geography. (That covers traveling, too.) I went to college for six years. I took tons of classes. Know what I learned? I learned that I didn’t want to do any of it, but some of the skills have come in right handy.

Your college experience is up to you, hunny. No course will be a waste of time if you get something out of it, even if that something is the knowledge that you hate that subject. College is all about figuring yourself out, and part of that is choosing your classes. Plus, all colleges have different course names and descriptions, check out a catalog from your school to see if YOU like the class. You won’t like all of your classes, especially general education classes… but in the end, you will have a well rounded education which will help you be a better person.
