College Selection
I live in Texas, and would like to go somewhere around here but i am not COMPLETELY set on it..
I am very interested in teaching and psychology, I was thinking maybe high school counseler, therapist or something- so somewhere with a good reputation for that
I want to go somewhere with a good social life aka-party school
tell me where you went, and your college experience and where your going…any info would be great thanks!!

Sewanee is a wonderful and highly regarded liberal arts college on a mountain in Tennessee. I took a few psychology courses there, and the professors in that department are top-notch, and you’ll generally find that to be the case in most of the departments. It also has a teaching program that several of my friends went through. It also has a vibrant social life. Being from Texas, you wouldn’t feel alone. Many students from Texas end up at Sewanee.
I encourage you to check Sewanee out. I’m sure the admissions office could put you in touch with someone from the psychology department and the teaching program as well.

Party School -UT San Antonio or Austin.
I currently go to A&M. There are definitely parties, and its really down to earth and “small town” ish. I love it, but you have to be a certain type of person to be an Aggie. I would suggest visiting a bunch of colleges in the state and picking from there.
