Find an entry level job, and be very faithful. I have found that it is much easier to find a job if you are already working. Don’t be too particular take what you can get and move up.

Most job applications I have seen only ask if you have been convicted of any felonies, not misdemeanors. I’ve never seen a disorderly misdemeanor prevent hiring. We only passed on applicants with prior problems with theft.
What is your degree in? Post a little more info about your major and interests and we might be able to come up some good ideas for you to try.
(I know restaurants will hire just about anyone without a criminal background check.)
