does this ruin my chances to get into a good college?

im getting C’s in Chem and honors geo this year for the first two quarters
i m getting A’s in eveyother subject but i dont want these 2 grads to ruin my chances to get into a good college. im getting a tutor in geo but what should i do ? with this ruin it?

colleges never get the quarter grades, they get the semester grades. but it depends on what colleges u want to apply to. if u want to apply to ivy league schools. they re-do your gpa. but if u want to get into a public college like Ohio state or something then yes it will effect ur chances

no no no it won’t ruin your chances.i believe colleges look at your ending graduating transcript as a whole. this is minor compared to other problems people have trying to gain entrance to a 2 college.university is harder to get into these days due to all the applicants.they look at you as an overall person. and financial ability.if colleges have any question about you as a prospective student.sometimes letters can tip in your favor.so as a hint.keep in touch with teachers,or anyone in your community that would go out their way and write you a recommendation letter,
