Does British Airways offer some kind of student discount? If not, what airlines do?

I’ve read somewhere, that if I call them, they may offer some discounts. Any experiences?

Air tran lets students travel really cheaply on standby.

Not any more since you can get cheap flights on line. Some student travel agencies might be able to get better deals.

Yes, British Airways does give student Discount and the student is allowed to carry one bag extra. Where are you flying from and when? The student deal would start sometime in June and would be there for at least 4 months. Best is to call the Airline. The promotion would be available on http://www.ba.com as well

Even with a student discount, you will be cheaper flying with other airlines rather than British Airways.
