Does Apple Offer Student Discounts? I Heard This But Am Not Sure…?

Somebody said if you enter your school information, and some other stuff… You get a student discount of 10%. Is this true?

I belive that student discounts are done on a per university basis, check with your school. I know my school (University of San Francisco) offers 10% off but we are also an authorized apple dealer.
EDIT: Just looked it up, educational discount applies to any college students (and any teacher in K-12 or college).
MORE INFO: They use the honors system so if you are dishonest you could say that you are a member of a school you arn’t, there is no need to prove it. Just check out the link provided.
