Choosing a college!!! which U.S. colleges and universities prohibit or deter video-gaming in dorms?

I am referring to multi-player online games—like diablo, planetside, etc.—I understand some colleges block ports…but which ones? is there a website or list that I may access?

Nearly all colleges allow video gaming provided that the internal bandwidth usage does not inhibit other students from studying or doing research.
