College Selection
I want to do some sort of engineering or science related major, currently i’m interested in aerospace engineering. I’ve look at alot, but all the ones i really like are like 67% guys and 33% girls (Florida Tech) , but i don’t want to go to a school that’s mostly guys. I’m currently a junior. Does that really matter that much? And do you know any other good colleges?

I understand the situation where you can be taking a good career, yet you are surrounded by the same gender. Today in society, many girls aren’t taking their chances in engineering because sometimes they think you shouldn’t belong there, or often discourage. I’m taking civil engineering at my university in California and yes I do wish more girls would join to meet them.
My opinion, I wouldn’t matter that much if the class if filled with one gender or both. Its not a single and mingle room. Its a class, and the whole meeting with girls thing can be done outside of the room. Accept the college you love, and join many clubs, organizations, or even volunteer to meet the real girls.
