For most people I’ve spoken to, their final GPA (grade point average) hasn’t much affected their ability to find work after graduation in their chosen industry. Some pointed out that experience in their chosen field was more important – how did you find job seeking after graduation?

When I was 18, and an ignorant freshman in college, I got in trouble for a disorderly persons (misdemeanor). Now that I am 22, I am having a hard time finding jobs out of college. What can I do? ANy suggestions or experiences would be nice.
