Car Insurance Good Student Discount Of 3.0 Cumulative Or For The Last Or Current Quarter Taken.?

I am wondering if the discount is for 3.0 or higher cumulative on the transcript or does it just count for the last quarter. For example, i am in college and i had a 2.7 last quarter but my overall gpa is 3.3. do i get the good student discount?
