Its very difficulat to ge assistance here. You should draft a general letter offering yourself for a work in the area you mentioned and send as many as possible to different colleges in the country. You are bound to ge a possitive reply, if not offered a job, your name would be put in the files for possible contact in future.
Also, look into the papers.
