Can I Use My Mums Student Card For Discount In Shops If She Isnt With Me? X?

hi, i was wondering if i went into a place where they do student discount like topshop, miss selfridge etc
would i be able to use my mums student discount card if shes wasnt with me,
because on the topshop website it just says that you have to present a valid NUS number

No. You would be obtaining goods using a ‘false instrument’ ( the student card). It is against the law because the card isn’t yours basically.
