Can I still get the apple student discount if I already bought my new Macbook?

I got the new 13.3″ Macbook but I didn’t know about the student discount. If I call apple support, do you think they would still give me the discount?
(I found out online that it’s just a $50 discount….but that’s $50 I could have saved, I’m trying for a “rebate” type thing).

i’m not sure. i think its only for college students though, if you are one. not sure. you’d have to call.

Yes I think you can. But the easiest thing to do would be to return the mac and then re buy it with the discount.

hopefully! but i doubt it…apple is weird about that stuff.
maybe you can go in and prove that you were a student when you bought the computer, and that no one informed you of the discount.
