Can anyone help me with getting a position as a Medical Assistant? Im needing a Job ASAP! I have applied and applied and have no luck I need a job! Im starting to ask myself why I even went to college if I cant get a job!

Honestly, I have to say that in many states MAs just don’t have enough jobs to go around for all the people that these for-profit schools are putting through every year. MAs have a limited scope of practice which narrows your opportunities. All I can suggest is be persistent. Send your resume to companies that aren’t necessarily advertising that they have positions open – just to get your name out there and let people know you’re interested.
And consider continuing with school in another aspect of health professions, such as nursing – you’ll ALWAYS be able to get a job as a nurse.
