Can A Person Who Is A Citizen And Has Finished College Majoring In Physician Find A Good Job In Us?

If a person were born in some other country lets say nigeria and is an us citizen and has gone back home to finish high school as well as 6 years college and is major as a Professional physician, can that person find the job he majored in in US, if he showed his doctorate degree?

No, a majority of countries are restricted such that he would have to go to medical school again in the US.
