Depending on your degree and what you want to do in the field – social networks would be my first step – finding out things like work environment, pay benefits and who is who to know – this include professional organizations – as I have had several friends who are sports therapists get jobs in pro-sports through their professional affiliation – next work looking at sports specific organizations web-page to see what kind of experience and skills are needed and upgrading skills, volunteer work with teams to build a better social network – again it all goes back to what do you want to do, why and researching
