You could probably get a refurbished macbook for around that price. Your best bet would be to know somebody that works at the apple store. LOL. My buddy at the apple store got me 25% off. So i paid $1450, tax included for the 2.66GHZ 15" MBP. It would have come out to $2200 after tax without that discount.
