I’m an African-American 15 year old high school junior in
Inglewood and I would love to go to UCLA. However, I would also like to see if I can get into Stanford or Harvard
4.47 GPA (Valedictorian of School)

Holy crap! UCLA is as sure as realistically possible. It’s primarily GPA and ACT score.
Stanford and Harvard on the other hand… possible, but no sure thing. It’s not a sure thing for pretty much everyone. Extra currics aren’t bad, but they don’t stand out that much. I hope your letters of rec say you’re the smartest kid they’ve ever come across.
Being african american helps a little bit. Do you come from a disadvantaged home? Single parent household? Parents making under $60,000? Better if under $40,000? That would really help swing things your way if you got that into your application somehow. Yes, I know Inglewood isn’t the best area, but that doesn’t mean you have a poor and messed up family.
Still, I’d definitely feel hopeful towards Stanford and Harvard.
